It’s very close to Iconsiam, Suwat Temple, and Charoen Nakhon Station, and the rooms are good. But it’s expensive compared with lots of places nearby that offer the same space for less. There’s no lift in the five-floor building. The washing machines are inside, but the coin machine sometimes doesn’t work properly, and the administration doesn’t take responsibility for money lost in it. I received Lazada deliveries, but my packages never showed up. I asked the staff to check the cameras and they wouldn’t. I believe they stole my packages. When I text the administration, replies take a long time and they usually don’t help. The key card costs 100, and that money isn’t returned. Staff don’t speak English, which makes communication difficult.

This modern-style hotel is clean, and the air conditioning works well. WiFi is available, though you can only log in on two devices per room. The water heater is a problem: it only gives extremely hot or cold water, with no way to set it warm. The toilet’s water drainage is also an issue.

A nice little room with a comfy bed. It gets pretty noisy in the morning, but the location is good, just a few minutes’ walk from iconsiam, with lots of food stalls around.

The location is handy, and you can walk to Icon siam. We were on the fifth floor, which felt a little high with kids. Parking is available by the Chinese temple at the end of the Soi.
