The rooftop pool was incredible, with a view across Bangkok, and the room was huge and really comfortable. I had the best time at Bansabai Hostel. The employees are the loveliest, and though it’s not near the center or the BTS, you can easily get there with a gran. The area is quieter, with real typical thaï restaurants all around, delicious and cheaper than the center. For Muay thaï lovers, pinsinchai gym is 'ear the hôtel, and many nakmuay stay there. I recommend it 💯.

The superior room was nice and roomy, and the place itself is super cute. I’m giving it 4 because the bathroom smelled. The staff were all friendly and made my five days comfortable. There’s a smart TV, breakfast buffet for 100 baht, a 7/11 close by, and taxis are easy to get.

It’s very good value, with loads of nearby places to eat or get a massage. The hotel starts to feel like home because everyone in the community is so friendly. My deluxe room was huge, in traditional Thai style, with a big king bed, and the TV was the best. The shower and bathroom were adequate. There’s a lift, places to sit on the rooftop, basement, or level 2, plus kitchen and laundry facilities, a rooftop garden, and a pool.

At 500 baht a night, the location near a local market is great, with street food around all the time so you won’t go hungry. The building is a little old, but the rates are budget-friendly and the hotel runs 24/7, so you can check in whenever. Worth it if you need somewhere to sleep and plan to spend your time out.
