This place is underrated on Google. The rooms and toilets are sparkling clean, and you even get a balcony. The owner is accommodating and always willing to help. There are washer dryers on the ground floor, plenty of parking, and the WiFi and air-conditioning are excellent. A laundromat and seven eleven are a two-minute walk away, and it’s not too far from mochit bus station.

The room was comfortable, but the management left me unimpressed. When I arrived at 7.30 pm, only the security guard was there to take payment because the working hours are 9-6. He didn’t speak English and got the amount wrong. Then he nearly charged the full amount to my credit card a second time before I stopped him. I tried to get a receipt the next day, but the receptionist had no idea what I meant. If you speak Thai, this place might be quite good, but as a foreigner I’d avoid it.

It’s a nice place, except the rooms have poor soundproofing. That’s the main downside.

The bathroom was really nice, and we had a balcony. There were a few ants wandering around the room and bed, but apart from that it was really good and quiet. It’s about 3 km from the BTS, with plenty of places to eat outside.
