Our two-bedroom apartment was spotless and very spacious. It was cleaned every day and replenished with drinking water and toiletries. The staff were very friendly, and the pool area was lovely and relaxing. The location is excellent for the sky train and Emporium shopping centre, which has a great supermarket. There’s also a 7/11 close by, with lots of bars, restaurants, and street food nearby. I’d definitely recommend it as good value for money.

CNC Residence Serviced Apartments gives you room to spread out compared with a typical hotel bedroom and desk, and the apartments cost less than many big-name chains in the CBD. Some rooms feel a bit dated, but they’re more spacious and comfortable than standard hotel rooms. There are different layouts, including two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments with full kitchens, a washer, dining room, and living room. The building also has a restaurant, sauna, gym, and huge swimming pool. With a rear entrance just off Soi 33, it’s easy to get into the heart of Bangkok. Convenience stores, cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants are all nearby, and EM Sphere, Em Quartier, and Emporium are only minutes away.

The city views were nice, and the gym and pool are on the 6th floor. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchen, living room, washing machine, balcony, and nice beds. It’s decent and comfortable, without being fancy or snobby. A great place to stay.

The pool is small, but there were only a few people using it at a time, so it was acceptable for the price. Breakfast is a buffet with things like noodles and pancakes. The room was big enough for our family of four, and we could wash our clothes and hang them out on the balcony. It’s a good place to stay, about a ten-minute walk to the nearest BTS, and lots of Japanese guests were staying there.
