Getting around is easy: JODD's fair is a 5-minute walk, the local market with lots of cheap food is 2 minutes away, and the MRT and bus stop take about 10 minutes on foot. There's a 7/11 nearby, and it's easy to find for an online taxi. The apartment in Tower A was very comfortable, and we didn't have to wait for the elevator. Staff were friendly, and the lobby has a nice sofa where you're allowed to wait, which is suitable for elderly people. There's a large pool, an indoor walking track, and a nice view at night.

[Updated] The condo is handy for Dubway station, with plenty of restaurants both under the complex and outside. But with so many tourists around every day, noise and inconsiderate behavior in the gym and pool are a problem for tenants. There seem to be a lot of Chinese tourists, though others come too, and the place feels less livable by the day. Tourists should know that renting here daily is illegal. You may be fined if arrested, so please stay somewhere else and don't risk ruining your holiday. [Previous review] Belle Shoppes has plenty of shops and restaurants, and there's a daily shuttle from 7.00-21.00 hr to Central Rama 9 Dept store, by Rama 9 MRT station. Walking there is easy and safe too. In the morning there's a small market beside Government Housing Bank, also accessible from Ratchada road. It has local eateries, fruit stalls, food, snacks, clothing stalls, and coffee places. Some eateries may not look very clean, and people sit at tables on the street. Along MCOT road there are more local places to eat. I usually go for rice soup, which is only open until 9 am, chicken noodles, or southern style food. It's a wonderful eight-building condominium with spacious shared facilities and lots of green space. There are two pools, a slider, a kid zone, a gym, and jogging areas on the P floor. The design brings in a nice breeze all year. Each floor has fewer than 10 units, so it feels quite private, and the smallest units are around 47-48 sq.m.

There's a mall downstairs, with a night market and a big shopping mall nearby too. The metro looks close on the map, but walking there takes more than 10 minutes. Crossing the road is awkward because there aren't traffic lights.

This is a condominium complex with a shopping plaza on the ground floor. Parking is available around the building and underneath it.
