Best Western Nada Don Mueang Airport Hotel

The Wi-Fi was the weak point, especially in the room, where it barely worked at times. Otherwise, we had a convenient location, and the rooms were cleaned regularly and thoroughly. The managers were helpful and professional, while staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was very good. The large dining area was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast team were kind too.

The doorman was delightful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. But the airport transfers were a real problem. They only offer a ride to the airport, not one back, so you’ll need a taxi since walking isn’t an option. The return shuttle runs hours apart. My flight was at 9:15, and the morning departures were 5 a.m. and 10 a.m., which was no use to me. In the US, shuttles run hourly, not every five hours. Expect to add two taxi rides to the room cost. Breakfast was average, and overall this didn’t meet the basics I expect from an airport hotel.

After a busy time in Bangkok, this was just the place to rest and recharge. My bed and pillows felt like high-end luxury, and the whole modern hotel was comfortable and very clean. The staff took great care of me, especially beautiful Nuchy (Nut :). Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the complimentary shuttle to the airport was another nice touch. I’d highly recommend it.

Staff were friendly and took care of what we needed, especially duty manager Nat and his reception colleague Elle. It’s ideally placed for the airport, and I’d recommend it if you need a comfortable stay within Bangkok.
