The team really made the stay for me. Everyone was friendly, professional, and quick to help with a warm smile. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with plenty of choices. Brighton Hotel is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean. The rooms are comfortable, well kept, and feel relaxing, almost like home. I had a wonderful time here and would happily stay again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The service was very good, and breakfast had lots of choices and tasted very good too. The location, though, was poor, with nothing to do around the hotel. The room needed better upkeep. The AC remote didn't work, the fridge didn't cool, and the shower had no barrier from the toilet, so water got all over everything when I showered. The room Wi-Fi was unstable and disconnected often.

It's fine if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night or two. I don't mind a budget hotel, and good service and cleanliness are enough for me. Both were good here, but the place was in really poor condition. Every tap in our suite was broken or dodgy somehow. The gym is very basic, and the pool is just a pool, nothing special.

We were traveling by motorcycle and needed a place on the edge of the city. The rooms are huge, though the hot water in the bathroom comes and goes. The bed is giant and has patches. For 1,300 baht, it was fine.

The hotel has a peaceful vibe that I really love, and all the staff were friendly, nice, and very accommodating. It is quite far from the railways, though, so you'll need to book a Grab to get to nearby malls or shopping centers.
