C U Inn Bangkok

The staff were mostly on their phones or chatting, and those phones were louder than the background music. The place had more of a frat house feel, and the service was poor apart from the maintenance guy and cleaner, who were the only ones who seemed to understand customer service. The WiFi was awful, so I had to keep topping up my mobile data. The room itself was in rough shape after only a few years: a socket was coming out of the wall, the light fittings were loose, the tap sprayed everywhere, and the desk had no power for work. The food was terrible too. My Wagyu burger was dry, probably local beef, and the cheese slice was black from being left on the grill until it burned. I was very disappointed.

The gentleman at reception is wonderful and always ready to help. The staff all around are friendly too.

There’s a beautiful large park close to the Inn, and despite being near Don Mueang airport and the main roads, it wasn’t noisy. Check-in and checkout are available 24/7. My room was good, with a comfy bed and a nice shower, plus a safe, fridge, kettle, and hair dryer. The premises were clean and the staff lovely. Room service is available with a menu in the room, and the buffet breakfast is small but tasty.

I lost my keycard and they charged me 300 baht for it. Worst place to stay. I wouldn’t even consider going back.
