The lounge has some nice design touches that give it character. Our room was just adequate and comfortable enough for a short stay. We were only there one night, so I can’t say much about the overall service, but the receptionist was helpful and polite, and check-in went smoothly. Platinum Mall is nearby if you want to shop, though it’s only about 2 km away and took us over 40 minutes because of the heavy traffic. Fine for a quick overnight.

We stayed in Superior and Deluxe rooms, both spacious and full of sunlight, and the amenities were quite sufficient for the price. The location is right beside a main road and easy to find. Most famous places in Pratunam are around a 20-minute walk away. That main road can get noisy at night, so light sleepers may want to look into it first. The room was so quiet at night that I couldn’t hear the street at all, even though it was on the second floor near a lively area. I slept really well in the comfortable bed. It was a standard twin room with no view, but I didn’t mind. The staff were very helpful, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I spent two nights here and had an easy, pleasant stay. Breakfast is limited if you’re expecting a big buffet. You pick one main and one side, though bread and coffee are unlimited. I was fine with that, but it’s worth knowing if you eat a lot in the morning. Reception isn’t open all night, and staff seem to leave after 8 PM. There is security on-site, so I felt completely safe. Public transport is convenient. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest BTS station, past two 7-Elevens, several good restaurants, and plenty of foot massage parlors. There’s a bus stop nearby as well. I’d stay again. It’s a clean, quiet, friendly base to come back to after exploring the city. Next time I’ll try a higher floor and see another side of the property.

Dear Kacha Hotel Management, The hotel has a charming, unique atmosphere, and the staff are kind. Customer service still needs more attention and importance. I’ve stayed twice. My first visit was wonderful, which is why I came back, but this second stay left me disappointed with the management. I arrived around 10 p.m. and there was nobody at reception. The security guard explained that staff usually leave around 8 p.m., which I could understand. But when I got to the room, the air conditioner wasn’t working. The guard had to deal with it, even though maintenance issues aren’t his responsibility. He said the housekeeper would come at midnight, so I might have had to wait two hours. I asked him to call someone, and thankfully staff arrived within 20 minutes. The housekeeper confirmed the AC was broken and called the manager to ask for a room change. I was eventually moved to a third room, and the whole issue took about 35 minutes. Rooms should be checked to make sure everything works before guests arrive. The security guard shouldn’t have to handle technical or maintenance problems. Management needs better oversight and a plan for night hours when staffing is limited, or guests may leave disappointed and not want to return. It also feels unsafe to have only a guard there at night. What would happen if there were an emergency?
