Vam took great care of us, and the staff were lovely throughout. I really liked the savory dishes in the Valentine’s lunchtime set, they were refined and well balanced. The tea selection was aromatic and calming, and clearly chosen with care. The desserts came in almost too-generous portions, though I’m not complaining. The scones were warm and comforting, but I wished there had been a little more cream and black tea jam to go with them.

The food was one of the best parts of our stay at Capella Bangkok, and waking up to the beautiful, breathtaking view from our room was another. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly the whole time. We also met Alex, the training manager, who was professional, welcoming, and clearly on top of every detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily come back.

Khun Golf and Khun Than at the pool deserve a special mention. They’re consistently warm, polite, and welcoming, and their genuine smiles make each visit enjoyable. They remember returning guests and seem to anticipate what they need. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail really add to the experience. Thank you for making visits to the pool so pleasant and memorable.

The Capella Culturist service made a real difference for us. Being able to reach them on WhatsApp for recommendations, arrangements, or little requests felt seamless and thoughtful, almost like having a personal butler. Our children were made to feel every bit as valued as the adults, which made the stay especially memorable for our family. The team took care of every detail with warm, intuitive service that never felt overbearing. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and Capella Bangkok is the best we’ve experienced. We were spoiled from start to finish and can’t think of a fault. We’d absolutely love to return.

This was our second stay, and it was just as good as the first, though the hotel is pricey. Their website sometimes has good offers. We had a river front premier king room, spacious enough for a couple or a family of three with an extra bed. The large bathroom had a lovely feel and a big bathtub. From bed we could watch the sunset over chaopraya river, and at night see boats and party boats traveling up and down. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious Thai food and great Japanese and Korean choices. The spa is award winning and includes a complimentary jacuzzi and steam room, though booking in advance is recommended.
