It was easy to get around from here, with the Old City nearby and 7-Eleven, pharmacies, and small shops only a short walk away. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with modern design mixed with Lanna style. The food and breakfast were fresh, delicious, and well prepared, and service was excellent throughout. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for a Chiang Mai visit!

The staff were the part that really set this place apart. Front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping all worked seamlessly, and someone was always ready to help with genuine warmth. Bell, who leads the kitchen team, and GM Jimmy (P.K.) both took extra time to make sure our family had a 100 percent great stay. Breakfast had good options and a relaxed feel, and we appreciated the free coffee, fruit, and snacks through the day. The rooms aren't especially large, but that's typical for this area and never bothered us. There are a couple of things to know: the pool gets little sun and is on the cold side, so it may not suit long swims, and the hotel bar can get a bit loud. A white noise machine might help light sleepers. The pool area is lovely, especially with the soft fog over the water, and the rooms have pleasant scents that make them feel calm. Tucked into the heart of the old city, this charming little place feels peaceful while still being minutes from a weekend market and lots of places to explore. We loved our family stay. I don't write many reviews, but this one was deserved. Highly recommended.

After three months backpacking around Asia, the spacious, lovely rooms and comfortable beds were a real treat. Hot showers, too. We spent two nights here after arriving from Bangkok, and everyone greeted us warmly with friendly smiles. Breakfast costs 300 baht per person and includes unlimited tea and coffee, cereal, and a hot meal. The heated pool was just right. Chiang Mai is very walkable, so you can get to pretty much everything from here. I'd recommend it if you feel like treating yourself while traveling.

Right in the old town, this small, beautifully built property made it easy to walk to most of the main tourist spots. We especially appreciated the welcome drink at check-in and local snacks in the room. It's very well maintained, and the staff were warm and helpful every day, always greeting us with a smile. Bell deserves a special mention for being so attentive and accommodating with our custom breakfast requests each day. This was easily our best stay so far on our Thailand trip. We'd happily come back and highly recommend it.
