The hotel feels a little old, though the room and bathroom are large, and there's a pool and a small gym. Breakfast was average, and the staff were nice. The bed is a traditional hard pad, which was uncomfortable for me since I'm not used to sleeping on one. The air conditioner was hard to adjust and sometimes made the room too cold. The shower pressure was weak, and the hot water was inconsistent. The bathtub drain didn't work, so water wouldn't drain.

For three days I've been trying to reach someone who can help with my current reservations, but no one seems able to. There was a big language barrier, with no one seeming to speak English. Maybe this area is for tourists. At 11:07pm on Nov 13 2025, I spoke by phone with the gentleman, Nut. After 30 minutes, while he was also helping another customer on the property, he finally tried to assist me, then hung up because he couldn't work out how to help. Not very professional.

A good option for staying in Chiang Mai, with a big room and very good breakfast. The fitness facilities are available until 9.00 pm.

During our stay, someone used their card to open our room door while I was inside. The strangers were probably other guests checking in, but it's dangerous that they could get in. Also, the door doesn't lock automatically when you leave. You have to turn the button behind it before closing the door. After this terrible experience, I won't trust this hotel again.

A great place to stay, with a big, clean room and friendly, nice staff. There were lots of breakfast options to choose from, and I enjoyed it.
