The room price felt a little high for what was included, but the rest of my stay at Centara Life was satisfactory. Service met my expectations, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nun Bung and An deserve a special mention for excellent service and for making me feel welcome.

The staff were so kind, polite, and helpful, and breakfast was delicious with a good range of food. We only had one night here and wished we could have stayed longer. We got a free upgrade to a king suite, which was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again.

I use this hotel when I come to Bangkok for conferences and to renew visas at Immigration Dist 2 1 offices. It’s a very convenient base, with lots of food options, good conference facilities, and excellent prices. Staff are friendly and efficient. Reservations can be moderately difficult, so book early. It’s always busy, and the parking fills up early, though early arrivals can get a space.

The rooms, toilets, and lobby are huge. Be careful with the laundry, as the hotel charges a lot if anything is dirty or damaged. If you lose your key, the fee is 200 Baht. For people coming to Bangkok for business.
