We had a triple room and everything was perfect. Breakfast was toast, with eggs cooked differently each morning. They also kindly stored our luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. It’s walkable to both ratchatewi, which is closer, and phaya Thai BTS. I’d definitely stay again on my next visit to Bangkok!

It felt very safe even coming back late, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is convenient, especially if you have an early flight, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. At first the receptionist seemed very direct and stern, which might explain some negative comments, but after chatting she warmed up and was friendly and helpful. She arranged a tour to Ayutthaya and even offered to prepare an early breakfast for our day trip.

The area is quiet and the people were very helpful. Breakfast is European style. The hotel is nice, though the rooms are small and there aren’t enough racks or wardrobe space for clothes.

We couldn’t sleep at all because the noise was unbelievably bad, all night and into the morning. Our room was beside an air conditioner engine that sounded like it might explode, and the walls even vibrated. It was absolutely maddening.

We got the finest private room, which was nice but a little smelly. The facilities were good and the service was very good. Nai at reception was amazing and gave us a great welcome, along with lots of useful information.
