The room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the hotel surprised us with a honeymoon treat. Staff were kind and attentive throughout, welcoming us warmly and helping with our luggage as soon as we arrived. The massages at the hotel were basic and not good. We found a few local spas outside that did them much better for less money, about ten times better. The pool water was extremely cold too, so that was a no for us. Even so, we recommend The Sukosol Bangkok to people visiting Bangkok.

The decorations and collections all around the property really stood out to me. It almost feels like a museum. We came today to look at it for our wedding, and everyone was so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Ms. Bim at reception and Ms. Thananya from the events team showed us around the different spaces and made everything feel easy. We hope we get to celebrate our wedding here. Thanks to the whole team for making us feel so welcome!

Getting around Bangkok was easy from here, with transport and key attractions nearby. I had a lovely stay at The Sukosol Hotel, Bangkok. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, and it was a great place to unwind after a busy day. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. I'd happily stay here again.

The birthday surprise was what I’ll remember most. The hotel left me flowers and a small gift, and the staff member who brought them up at night on the 10th made my day. I don’t know his name, but I hope the hotel recognizes him. Thanks too to the staff member in the photo who made me a cute elephant, kkk 😄 I was there from 9-12 Jan. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful, and both the hot water and adjustable air conditioner worked reliably. The location was good too. Highly recommended!

We liked it enough to switch hotels and finish our Thailand trip here. It was the first place my wife and I stayed on our January 2026 trip, and the air link made the location very convenient. The staff were welcoming on both stays. Our room and the breakfast were great, and when the room safe broke and wouldn't open, it was fixed quickly and efficiently. The pool was nice, though a bit cold. I'd very much recommend the hotel.
