The lobby stays open all night, which was handy when we had a late flight. They let us hang out and looked after our luggage. There's lots of shared space, including washers and dryers, and a small shop in the lobby for water, drinks and snacks. The location is pretty good too. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well every night. We asked for extra pillows and they were happy to bring them. It's very pet-friendly, which is a big plus, and there are cute puppies in the office. The kind staff also look after the soi dogs outside. There's a strong anime vibe here, and it feels wholesome. The inn is a little old, but work is being done on it. When we had an issue, they helped sort it out quickly. For the price, it's hard to regret staying here, and you'll even miss it when you leave 😆

Chaba Inn is in a great spot, with restaurants and attractions just steps away, so getting around was easy. The price is hard to beat for what you get. My room was spotless, modern and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. I loved my stay and would definitely come back next trip. 10/10, highly recommend Chaba Inn.

I've been around, but this hotel was a total catfish. It allows dogs, so the place smells, and that wasn't mentioned in the listing. That could be dangerous for people with allergies. The rooms were filthy, and the staff were slow and unhelpful. I wouldn't come back.

Fine for a night, but I wouldn't suggest staying longer. The staff are friendly, it's near the airport, and pets are allowed.

I booked a king-size bed through Agoda and had written confirmation, but when I got there they said all the king rooms were taken. They only offered me a much cheaper room with two single beds. It was midnight, so I had no real choice but to accept. They made no effort to put things right and offered no compensation. That felt completely disrespectful of my booking and unacceptable. If honesty, comfort and fair treatment matter to you, I'd strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
