I spent more than five years living here, and things sadly got worse over time. The shared areas were neglected, the elevator kept breaking down, and the pool got so dirty the water turned green. After a small earthquake, cracks showed up in the building, which was alarming even though it isn’t a high-rise. The owner then raised the rent by 40%, and I couldn’t see what justified that increase. The place may look nice in photos, but it didn’t match reality. I’ve moved to somewhere much better for the same price, with better facilities and proper management. Glad I left. Do your research before moving in.

The hallway lighting has a haunted feel, and the walls are thin enough that I can hear my neighbor’s whole Spotify playlist and breakup drama as it happens. If you like overhearing strangers sneeze and feeling a bit down every time you walk the hall, you’ll fit right in. Living here feels like being in a reality show I never agreed to. Otherwise, run.

The apartments are a good size, but this place wasn’t for us. The pool was in poor shape, and the surrounding area looked worn out, with all the chairs broken.
