Helpful staff and good value for the money. The location, tucked into a private alley, was convenient, quiet, and safe. The room was clean and had its own bathroom with a water heater, shower gel, shampoo, and towels. There was also a TV, mini-fridge, and hairdryer.

After a day visiting cultural heritage sites, this was a lovely place to rest and recharge. The nearby tourist spots are within walking distance, and the property has all the basic things you need. The owner and staff were accommodating and helpful, and gave us good assistance during our short stay at chaiwat. I'd recommend it to other tourists. Sawadika🙏😊

The management at Chaiwat Guesthouse were kind and very helpful, and the place was spotless. It's a family-run guesthouse with a convenient spot in Bangkok, only a few minutes' walk from Sanam Chai Metro Station and Wat Pho Reclining Buddha. Taxis and other transport are easy to find nearby. I'll definitely come back.

The owner welcomed me warmly, and check-in was quick and easy. I stayed four nights while traveling around Bangkok. My room was clean, had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. They cleaned the room every day. A big plus is being close to Wat Pho, Wat Arun, The Grand Palace, and the Flower Market, where there is local street food. MRT Sanam Chai station is five minutes away. I highly recommend the place and would stay again. 💛

The bathroom setup could use more thought. There were no hooks or hangers to keep clothes dry in the shower, or anywhere to hang towels, as if guests showered with their clothes on. Still, the location was hard to beat, the hosts were genuinely kind and helpful, and the room was quiet with effective AC.
