Chana Bangkok Hotel

The staff made our family feel welcome from check-in through checkout, and the hotel has a lot of potential for family trips or group stays. Our room was clean and had the essentials, though checking the bed linens more carefully before arrival and making sure the floor is level would improve things. The bathroom has no separate wet and dry area, so a curtain or partition would be handy, especially for children or older guests. There’s no elevator, but the stairways are well lit and feel safe. We also heard noise from the hall and neighboring rooms, so better sound insulation would make the stay more private and relaxing. Thanks to the team for the attentive hospitality. We’d consider returning.
