We spent 13 nights here, and the staff were polite, gentle, and helpful throughout. The room and bathroom stayed clean and tidy, and the room size felt right for the price. There are plenty of affordable restaurants nearby, and the train station and St. Louise Hospital are within walking distance. The location works especially well if you’re visiting St. Louise Hospital, Bangkok Christian Hospital, Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, or BNH Hospital. It’s not a good fit if you want to be amid Bangkok’s crowded nightlife. Compared with nearby hotels, it’s good value for money.

We only stayed one night, but I’d happily come back. Our room was upgraded to a corner room with a living room, and it was clean, which matters a lot to me after six months of traveling. The hot water and strong water pressure were a welcome plus in Asia. It’s a short walk to the train, making this a convenient enough base for getting around Bangkok.

The WiFi was the one drawback. It got inconsistent at times, perhaps more so on the upper floors during busy hours. Otherwise, the staff were so kind and helpful, from housekeeping to the lobby team. The place looks much better in person than in its online photos, and Saint Louis BTS station is close by. I’d recommend it for either a short or longer stay. Booking directly may get you a very competitive rate.

Marvin Suites was a great choice for our first trip to Thailand, and it felt like home, especially for Filipinos. We came with my partner and best friend after my boss recommended it. We arrived early and could check in right away for 500 baht, which was so convenient because everyone was exhausted from the flight. Bea and the other Filipino staff were attentive and friendly, so we felt at ease. The rooms were very clean. The location made getting around Bangkok easy. A 7-Eleven is about a three-minute walk away, and BTS Saint Louis station is nearby. One tip: ask for a higher floor, since on the second floor you can hear luggage and other guests. We had a great stay and will come back next time. Highly recommended!

It’s in a business area, so nights are quiet, but I still felt safe. The hotel is about a three-to-five-minute walk from BTS Saint Louis. For the reasonable price, I was satisfied with the clean room, hot water, and friendly, supportive staff. If you’re traveling alone and want somewhere peaceful to rest, this could be a good option.
