The river view is spectacular and refreshing, especially from the river view rooms. It’s a quiet, clean, and special place to live in Bangkok. The restaurants serve relaxing, delicious food, and the Thai people in the community are polite, friendly, and helpful.

There’s a breezy little park where residents can relax whenever they want, at this lovely condominium beside Chaopraya River. One downside is that renting here for less than a week is illegal in Thailand because it isn’t a hotel or homestay.

The place itself is good, but the staff spoil it by wanting to charge for everything. Fitness and swimming pool access costs 100 baht for children. At their age they don’t need fitness, yet they were still recorded for it.
