There's a simple pool and gym in each building, and the whole place is clean and well maintained. It feels like good value. You can walk to indoor and outdoor malls, several grocery stores, and street vendors. There are different room types, including one or two stories, some with bathtubs, and layouts with one or two bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff are nice and responsive, and packages don't get stolen. There are water refill stations, washers and dryers, and a 10 baht coin dispenser. There's no traffic in this area, though one road can be noisy, along with some businesses using tools. How much you hear depends on where your room is.
