The staff were incredibly warm and nice, and they communicated well both online and in person. They speak great English and really tried to help with everything. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. I stayed upstairs in room 2 and ate at the restaurant a few times. The room had a lovely designer feel, bright windows with great views, a hot shower, and an AC with plenty of settings. It didn’t get too intense for someone like me who isn’t used to it. The owners were flexible and helpful when arranging everything last minute, and it all worked out really well. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. If you want something that isn’t on the menu, just ask and they’ll make it if they can. The neighborhood felt safe, beautiful, lively, and convenient, with lots of sightseeing and dining options. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

At Chum kitchen, the owner and staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and really reminded me of authentic Thai cooking. The decor is stunning, and the restaurant has a nice vibe.

The room has a chic design, and the location works well if you want to explore the bantathong area. But street noise carries in, so if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t really recommend staying here.
