Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok

Primrose at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok made check-in smooth and welcoming. Everything was handled efficiently, and the room and hotel facilities were explained clearly and patiently. It was an easy, stress-free start to our stay. Our flight was delayed, and Tikky checked in by email to see where we were after the official check-in hours. That follow-up was reassuring and much appreciated. The team also decorated the room for a birthday, a lovely surprise. It was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. Guest services and the front desk showed real care and attention. It was a wonderful first impression and a fantastic start to our stay. Highly appreciated, and well done.

That calm, clean street outside Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok was a nice little pause from the city, while still being right in Bangkok. We could walk to most of the places we wanted to see, and 7-Eleven was about a minute away for late snacks or anything we suddenly needed. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and we looked forward to it each morning. After a lot of walking, the really comfortable bed and pillows were hard to leave, and the staff did their best to help with whatever we asked. A very handy, comfortable pick for our 4-day, 3-night escape.

I used the well-equipped gym regularly during our six-day work stay, and the view from the room was lovely, with clear sights of the sun, rain, and blue sky. Getting around was easy thanks to the location and the range of transport options. We also appreciated the in-house grocery shop and the fact that Grab was available at any time. The room service was exemplary, and both the morning buffet and the hotel's own food service were delicious. It turned into a wonderful, very satisfying stay.

There are seats all over the hotel, which I really appreciated, and the pool area has a resort feel. The gym was good too, and there are several meeting rooms and halls. Our bright, spacious room on the 11th floor had comfortable beds, with a connecting-room option that would suit families or friends travelling together. Breakfast had a great spread, and the friendly, efficient crew handled the busy service well. The area is peaceful and well placed for popular malls and shopping. The shuttle to and from the two train stations was especially useful. A good fit for a business or family trip to Bangkok.
