Everyone at the hotel is welcoming, and the location is really convenient. Popular saunas and massages nearby are less than a 5-minute walk away. The room is really big and quiet, though the air conditioning is a little noisy. For the price and quality, it feels perfect. They provide everything, including drinks, slippers, coffee and tea.

In downtown Silom, with easy access and a clean place to stay. Check-in was smooth.

Great location, close to public transport with loads of restaurants nearby. There are many massage oarlors, though the quality of the massages varies.

I made the reservation incorrectly on Booking and needed to ask for a cancellation, but the hotel hasn’t responded. They don’t reply to emails, and calls to the place just don’t work. They don’t allow messages through the app either, so it’s really difficult to reach them and get it sorted.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the bathtub worked well. I booked the deluxe room with a tub and stayed six nights. Since I usually got up late, I asked housekeeping to come in the afternoon, and they were fine with that. The TV was smart, so I could watch YouTube. Front desk English was limited, but we managed to communicate, and one staff member also spoke Japanese. The Wi-Fi did sometimes disconnect on its own.
