The room was basic but comfortable, and fine for our overnight stay in Bangkok. There are plenty of food options close by, and the cafe is easy to find down a side street. The hotel is easy to reach from the Sukhumvit line, about a two-minute walk from Phrom Pheom. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond by email. Traffic was held up by the crane accident on our way into the city, so we were much later than our planned 9pm check-in. I emailed to explain, and they replied within 15 minutes.

The location is excellent and the rooms are nice, but I booked 'V30 Sukhumvit' and was redirected to 'Owl’s Nest Suk 30'. That feels like misleading advertising and is unacceptable. I expect Agoda and the management to address it.

A good budget option, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very affordable prices. The staff are great, and the place is perfectly adequate for a stay on a budget.

The bedsheets were clean, but the room itself was dirty, and water was leaking in the bathroom. It was so noisy that I couldn't get enough sleep. If all you need is a shower and somewhere to leave your bags, it's okay.
