De Sky Sukhumvit Ekkamai

The internet did not work at all, and my elderly parents needed it to stay there safely. When I raised the issue, the manager was extremely rude and refused to refund us so they could move to somewhere with the advertised service. This place is run terribly, and I'm furious about how we were treated.

I paid about 8500 baht a month for a couple of months. The owner said the other rooms weren't available. My room had a large pillar in the middle and nothing but a bed, no table. There was no hot water, and although I can manage old places, the floor tiles here really need fixing. The woman owner has a short temper. She gets angry if you disagree or ask too much. When I tried to explain something, she yelled and told me to go back to my room. The location is convenient, but it's next to a bus terminal or hub, and at night there are scammers around, especially in front of Major Ekkamai. They use sick child or lost wallet stories, or just harass you for money. Don't make eye contact, they can keep pestering you for ages. I can't recommend this place unless you need somewhere temporary for work.

The location was good, and the receptionist was very kind, possibly because she knew how bad the hotel was. I felt bad complaining, but the place was a disaster. My first room had no towels or toilet paper, and the sheets were dirty, so I asked to move. The other rooms were just as bad. The bed springs dug into my back and made it impossible to sleep. The toilet was tiny and old, with only cold water. For 150baht more, I found a clean, modern room at a nearby hotel.

Rooms are tiny, and they smell bad too.
