When I booked this place for my family in 2019, they were treated well and received good service and a warm welcome. My parents and siblings liked it then. I chose it again in 2022, but this time it felt unwelcoming, with unfriendly front desk staff. It's described as a serviced apartment, but don't expect much flexibility. They count the occupants: two people are included in the standard price, and a third costs another 300 Baht or so, with no extra bed provided. That doesn't feel like an apartment rate. An apartment should allow a flexible number of occupants, or the property should call itself a hotel. Apart-hotel is too vague, and I believe there may be something to do with their tax payment. Checkout was disappointing too. Staff were quite rude and spoke without proper ending tail. They didn't provide a receipt because I hadn't asked for one at check-in. How would I know I needed to request it? They should say at check-in that a payment receipt needs a special request, and shouldn't get irritated when a customer asks for one. Management and the owner need to review their hospitality if they want more customers, and should remember returning guests too. I had planned to stay here regularly, but after this experience I've decided not to come back.
There’s plenty to eat around here, and Sai Yud BTS is less than a five-minute walk away. The rooms are a good size, and paying 900+ THB online feels reasonable.
For a budget stay, this place has a lot going for it: clean, spacious rooms, tasty food nearby, a 7-Eleven and laundry right at the door, and the SkyTrain station close by. The price is terrific. I’d happily recommend it.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which makes the rest of the stay all the more disappointing. Check-in was a struggle, handled by staff who seemed incompetent. Wi-Fi was the biggest problem: there was none in the lobby, and only one device could connect in the bedroom. Even then, the signal kept dropping. I won’t stay here again.
It’s a clean hotel with low prices, and the newly built railway station makes getting around convenient. Service is just okay, with nothing especially notable. Seems best suited to students or workers who need to be near the Don Muang Airport district.
