The room was okay, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked, but the WiFi only reached near reception. I booked this place for a few hours of sleep after our flights were cancelled, without checking reviews first. The reception staff were especially unpleasant and unhelpful. Whenever I asked for help, they just said they couldn't. The hotel is at the end of a dark road with aggressive stray dogs, so we couldn't even walk out. I asked if they could arrange transport to our next hotel and they said they couldn't again, then laughed at me. They wouldn't even let me use their phone for a quick call. A very strange place. I'd never return, no matter how cheap it is.

We chose this hotel through Agoda because of the price and the photos, which made it look very nice for what it cost. The actual place was completely different. We decided not to stay and found another budget hotel 15 minutes away. Neither Agoda nor the hotel refunded us. I feel the Agoda photos blatantly misrepresented the property.

Fine for a night when arriving or leaving. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds. Restaurants, shops and an ATM are about 600 metres away, and the airport taxi from BKK cost 160 baht. Plane spotters will love it 😄

The rooms weren't that great, but the price was good and so was the location near the airport. It's directly under the flight path, so planes get loud, almost close enough to see into the cockpit as they roar past. We were tired enough that they didn't keep us awake.

Check-in is available any time, and the triple room was absolutely huge. At $25 a night, I haven't had a better hotel in Bangkok. It's simple and spacious, with everything I needed. A great place to rest after a long flight.
