Floraville Serviced Apartment

Spacious at 94 sq m, and really convenient for Hua Mak BTS and the grocery supermarket. There's parking for two cars, and the shared pool is clean and not crowded. Loved this place.

The view over Bangkok is great and the location is superb, though it may not stay that way as more condos go up nearby. I was glad to be in Block B: everything is looked after, and the admin office staff are very helpful. Block A and B seem to maintain their buildings better than C and D, which have separate management and are hardly occupied. You can really see the difference at night. A and B share one pool, while C and D share another. The main pool has been closed for years, and it only gets cleaned when it turns green. Something seems wrong with the main management. There's a large sports complex right beside Floraville, but it's been closed for many years and has fallen into disrepair. I was told there's a lawsuit because residents paid membership fees but can't use the sports facilities. This old place has huge potential. I hope something can be done to improve it and increase its value.

Floraville condominium feels like a five-star place for families, with good security and a lot to do. On the fourth floor, the facilities are private and very nice: a tennis court, air-conditioned squash and ping-pong rooms, a large snooker and billiards room, a big fitness center, kids' playroom, walking and play area, swimming pool and sauna. Downstairs, the lobby has a nice coffee shop and bakery, mini mart, salon and a separate smoking area. There's also a long jogging lane and access to community places such as max value. It's about a five-minute walk to the train station, airport rail link hua maak station, and three minutes to vibharam hospital, 7eleven and family mart.

Built in 1993, the condominium is showing its age. Condo prices vary with the size and whether the unit has been renovated. The location is handy, right next to the Hua Mark Airport Link Station.
