Floton Bangkok Hotel

Everyone working here was kind and helpful, the service was great, and they let me store my luggage, which was very convenient. The price is affordable for what you get. Still, I felt misled by the Agoda listing and wouldn’t find the place easy to recommend. It described the property as “recently built in 2025,” which definitely isn’t true. Some parts may have been renovated, but the limited reviews also made it seem like a new property. It looks as if only the sixth floor is used as a hotel, with the rest of the building operating as student housing called “Nisa Mansion.” The listing didn’t mention that. As of March 2025, there was a construction site directly across from the building, and the noise was sometimes heavy. Neither set of room windows closes or seals properly, including the bathroom window. The room gets very warm and doesn’t stay cool for long after the AC brings the temperature down. The AC works, but it’s very loud. Since the windows aren’t sealed, sounds from other guests carry through clearly and affect both privacy and sleep. There were no clothes hangers or night lamp, and there wasn’t a kettle in the room. A shared kettle downstairs was available, though it could mean a long walk depending on the room. The balcony had no chairs or other furniture, so it wasn’t very usable. I’ve attached photos for reference.

The staff accommodation was fantastic. I’d give this hotel five stars, and I’ll definitely come back.

Stay here if you want to experience genuine Thai hospitality. It’s the best place for that 😊

We booked two nights, but the price changed when we arrived. They provided four bottles of water for the second day and charged us B 100 for them at checkout. The hotel manager was very rude to us. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
