The room felt neglected from the moment we walked in. It looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 50s, and it also didn’t seem to have been cleaned. There were dried liquid marks on the walls, dust everywhere, and no spot that looked clean. Even the bathroom was in better shape than the rest. The cleaning staff hadn’t even wiped things down with a cloth and lukewarm water. The bed was rock hard, like a sheet had been laid over plywood, though I know some people might prefer that. There were maybe one or two outlets in the bedroom and none in the bathroom. There was also a gap of about 2 inches under the room door, and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. If the online photos had shown how run down it was, I wouldn’t have been so annoyed.

The entrance is tucked inside a shopping complex, so it can be hard to find, but once inside the place is big. The rooms are well maintained, the service is great, and the location was convenient for me. It’s in a Middle Eastern themed area, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The neighborhood stays open 24x7. I enjoyed my stay there.

We stayed in Room 348 on Feb 17 and 18, 2024, and had a comfortable couple of nights. The bed and pillows were comfy, the duvet was soft, and everything was clean. The location was convenient and within walking distance of nightlife. Peter’s friendly personality made the stay more enjoyable. We only noticed the colorful hidden spot in the lobby near the restroom after checking out, lol. It has videos and pictures. The total for two nights was $65.90, including taxes and fees.

I booked four nights, but after seeing how run down and badly kept the room was, I checked out right away. The photos online looked very different from what I found there. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. Please avoid it at all costs.

Keep an eye on your belongings here. After the cleaners had been in my room, I found that 1000 baht ($30) was missing. I asked for the manager, Eakkaluck, but he avoided me until I left. I came back twice, and when I eventually saw him downstairs, he went off to get water and acted busy, so I had to go over to him. He seemed not to care, so I left to make a police report. The unprofessionalism was beyond me, and it wasn’t just him. Now I’m wondering if anything else is missing. Go at your own discretion.
