Full Stop Pool Villa Don Mueang

The staff were genuinely lovely, but the room and facilities were a mess. The furniture looked old, the wooden fixtures slanted and felt like they could break under weight, and there was just one power socket in the entire room. I also saw dirt on the slanted table, so it didn't look like the room had been cleaned before we arrived. Worm-like centipede creatures kept showing up in the room, bathroom, and pool. There were so many in the pool that I doubt it was being cleaned. Staff apparently called them “part of the feature.” We asked to leave within minutes of arriving because the Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and I couldn't keep my phone connected. My boyfriend raised it with reception, and she said the room was far away. She was right: the signal only worked near reception. We had checked reviews before booking two nights and decided to take a chance, but when my boyfriend asked for a refund for night two, they said no. So we stayed. For somewhere rated four stars, the room seemed never to have been renovated since it was built. The friendly staff were the only real positive. If old furniture, shaky wooden fixtures, and bugs in the room and pool sound good to you, this might be your place. Enjoy, lol.
