Kingston Suites

We've returned five times in the last 20 months, and now it feels like we're coming back to family. The front of house team and Mr AAA have gone out of their way to make each stay the best possible. The staff are kind, hard-working, and caring. That's one of the main reasons we return, along with the value and the very large rooms with excellent super king beds. The location is handy too. Asoke or Nana BTS stations are about a ten-minute walk, or there's a free tuk-tuk on the hour. This is a long-established hotel for travellers and business men, and upgrading work on the buildings is happening from the end of 2025 into 2026. It's not modern, and the old-style hotels do give you more space for your money. The deco may not suit everyone, but it's clean and comfortable, and the thick concrete walls keep noise from nearby rooms out. Plumbing problems sometimes come up, but maintenance deals with them swiftly. Like any old building, it needs more attention than a new one. The location, fantastic service, room sizes, and excellent prices make it worth serious consideration. Thank you, Kingston Suites and your amazing staff.

The staff are a big part of why we keep returning to Kingston Suites in Bangkok. Mr AAA and the front of house team are welcoming and helpful, always smiling, and on our last couple of stays they greeted us by name. Rooms are serviced daily and very clean. If you book breakfast, there's a really good international selection, and they'll cook eggs to order if you ask. We find the location on Sukhumvit Soi 15 convenient. Terminal 21 at Asoke or Nana BTS is a short ten-minute walk away, and there's an hourly hotel shuttle, though we usually walk. A 7-11 is just a few steps away. We've stayed several times over the last few years, from a few days to a week or more, and think it's a real gem with lovely rooms. Compared with newer buildings that squeeze guests into cramped rooms, this older style has much more comfortable space, sofas, good-sized bathrooms with walk-in showers, and plenty of storage for unpacking and hanging clothes.

The location made it easy to get around, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Everyone I met on staff was friendly, welcoming, and keen to help. Mr. AAA at the front desk was especially helpful and professional, going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The dining room was great too, with good food and wonderful service. I had the best experience at Kingston Suites Hotel in Bangkok and would definitely recommend it. I'll keep coming back whenever I'm in Bangkok.

What made my stay memorable was the staff. AAA, Yoko, and Smart were professional, friendly, and quick to help, from welcoming me at check-in to offering useful recommendations. They made me feel right at home. At Kingston Suite Hotel Soi 15 in Bangkok, I found the rooms spacious, clean, well maintained, and equipped with the modern amenities you'd expect. The location is close to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. It was a comfortable and convenient stay with great value, suitable for leisure or business travel. Highly recommended!
