Lumen Bangkok Udomsuk Station Hotel

The orange theme makes the hotel feel cheerful. For our honeymoon, we asked for a simple decoration. They didn’t do the decor, but they prepared a little cake, and it was delicious. Lovely breakfast and amazing staff. We had an amazing stay with Lumen. Thank you for having us.

We stayed one night before driving to Hau Hin. It was convenient, near a local area with good food and foot massage. The rooms were simple, clean, and comfortable, and the service was very good. Noey really looked after us.

Absolutely loved my stay at Lumen. The ladies at the desk and in the restaurant were so kind and welcoming, and the hospitality was incredible. The breakfast was excellent, yum! Special thanks to Mint, such a sweetheart. I’ll definitely be back, especially with this excellent location near transit in Bangkok.

I checked out after just one night, even though I’d booked four, because I was so uncomfortable. The hotel wouldn’t refund the remaining three nights, and made me wait five minutes for a room inspection at checkout. It felt like they didn’t trust guests. The room looked clean, but the floor felt gritty as soon as I walked in, with a thick layer of dust. The bed was clean, so it seemed the housekeeper had changed the sheets but skipped the floor. I asked the front desk to clean it. A staff member came with a dry cloth, took a few pictures, and did a half-hearted job. The floor was still dirty, so I wiped it myself with wet tissues. Then I found a long hair stuck in the opening of the body wash bottle when I went to shower. I don’t know how it got there, but I was too grossed out to use it. The place was disgusting.
