Siam Nitra Boutique Hotel

The night shift receptionist was especially unfriendly, and the front desk staff seemed poorly trained. They rudely refused shelter to elderly and disabled people. This was the worst, most amateur hotel experience I've had. Tourists, be careful about staying here.

The property was run really well, and the rooms were neat. Staff were super friendly and the hospitality was amazing. You can walk to all the city's main malls from here.

Getting around is easy, with a BTS skytrain station, 7/11, and cafes nearby. Inside, though, the hotel needs work. The rooms feel outdated and like they're crumbling, and the walls are so thin that traffic, motorcycles, and people talking outside are clear as day. The AC wasn't very strong or cold, either. Also, why are there no workers on site after a certain time?

It felt comfortable coming and going because the hotel works more like self-service, with no staff at the lobby whenever I saw it. If you need something, contact them by phone and they reply pretty quickly and kindly. I really liked staying here. My room was spacious and clean, with coffee packs, a microwave, and free water. The soundproofing wasn't great, though. My room was by the alley, so I sometimes heard noise outside.
