Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location and facilities were excellent. What stood out most was how much every staff member seemed to care. From the pool and housekeeping to the bar and doormen, the service felt like genuine hospitality, not just people doing their jobs. Best hotel experience I’ve had. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next Bangkok trip.

The service made this stay memorable. There were plenty of staff ready to help at reception, so we never had to wait, and the concierge approached us right away about our bags or where we wanted a buggy. We could also WhatsApp the hotel any time with requests and get a response. A complimentary golf cart went to a few drop-off spots, and the hotel was connected to a mall with a BTS, which made it ideal for our excursions. Our room was large and comfortable, with a balcony over the pool and complimentary anniversary amenities. The bath was the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel, and the rose petals in it matched the ones on the bed. Other hotels have given us a cake or card, but this one really created an anniversary feeling with the roses. Breakfast by the pool with birds chirping was lovely. The à la carte options were interesting, and the portions let us try things without waste. Nothing on the buffet particularly stood out, except perhaps the fresh mangoes served one day. At Christmas, Santa came to say good morning each day, and there was a harp player and dancers. The pool boy welcomed us so warmly and kept our complimentary drinks topped up, so we lingered by the pool and enjoyed churros and cod from the pool bar. A pretty much perfect stay, especially for service. Highly recommended for a relaxing anniversary break in a great location.

I had a lovely, relaxing evening at the bar at Siam Kempinski Hotel. The live music was beautiful and high quality, and it set just the right mood for the night. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Special thanks to Peeranan, Phreawaree, and Nichakarn for looking after us so thoughtfully and professionally. The atmosphere and service were both excellent. I’d highly recommend it for a classy, relaxing night out in Bangkok, and I’ll definitely come back.

A special thank you to Pin, one of the hotel’s interns. She was kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay, and her warm manner and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and service-oriented this early in their career. I hope the hotel keeps her on after her internship, because the team would lose someone special otherwise.
