The room was huge, quiet, and comfortable, and housekeeping kept it clean and nice throughout my stay. From the first day, I felt happy here. I arrived around noon in the hot weather and was greeted with lovely smiles by Tonmai, Nat and Kong. They checked me in straight away even though I was early. Kong carried my luggage and walked me to my room, which was real service. Whenever I came and went, the front staff opened the door and greeted me with a smile and “Sawasdee kaa”. I forgot to ask their names. At checkout, Namtan and Jib were so sweet and professional, and the doorman took my luggage out and loaded it into my Grab driver’s car. Warm welcome, good service, and a homely feeling. I loved it all and will definitely stay again. Thanks to the whole crew for keeping up this great service. In my experience, this was better than some 4-5 star hotels.

The building feels dated, but the warmth from the staff certainly doesn’t. All the front desk and housekeeping staff were courteous, genuinely kind, and helpful without being stiff or formal. A special thank you to housekeeper Nui, who noticed the shower hose was faulty and replaced it before I even mentioned it. That quiet bit of initiative says a lot about the housekeeping here. I spent eight nights here after a retreat, from 20-28 Apr, and the location worked well, with Chong Nonsi BTS a short walk away and easy access to Silom and Sathorn. My Deluxe room was spacious, with a full kitchenette, full-size fridge, and bathtub, which was great for a longer stay. There’s also a cosy outdoor pool on Level 3, plus a sauna and gym. Cutlery is available on request at the counter. The microwave, washing machine, and dryer are shared on the ground floor. I’d recommend it if warm, attentive service matters to you. For me, the property gets 4 stars and the hospitality gets 5.

The staff went out of their way to help my friends and me when our plans changed and one friend lost their phone. Namtan & Jib were especially helpful. The hotel is in a lovely, easy-to-navigate neighborhood, close to public transport and many major attractions. Great location and fantastic service, definitely worth a visit!

Tonmai/Jib at the front desk were so helpful. We stayed for three nights, and the room was modern, clean, and spacious. Breakfast had lots of choice, including fresh menus. The hotel is close to the termini station, which made it a great base for sightseeing.
