The place felt isolated, neglected, and poorly maintained, and the stay was uncomfortable and unhygienic. There was no cleaning service during my stay, and communication was only through WhatsApp. The location description also seems way off: it's advertised as a 10-minute walk from On Nut station, but the walk took over 25 minutes through an unsafe area with no sidewalks and poor lighting at night. If you arrive by metro, you'd need a taxi to get there safely. The room looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty, with a strong unpleasant smell when I arrived, mostly from bathroom sewage. The linens and towels didn't smell fresh, and the shower water never got properly hot. One of the worst stays I've had. I'd strongly advise people to avoid booking unless significant improvements are made.

I've stayed there twice now and don't regret going back. Kaung and the rest of the staff are so nice, and they welcome you like family. Best hotel in all of Phuket, with 10/10 for the hotel facilities and staff.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in December. Mr Gopal Pandey was an exceptional host who looked after us like family, and I'm very grateful to him and the whole team for their kind hospitality and concern. I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in Bangkok. Finding rooms this clean and roomy, with a balcony and a hot, strong shower, is hard enough. At this price, it’s even harder. The place is thoughtfully designed and well run, and the owner and staff are welcoming. Great value for a Bangkok stay.

A quiet, peaceful spot with a clean, roomy apartment. 7/11 is about a five-minute walk away, and On Nut BTS Station is roughly twelve minutes on foot.
