The location was fantastic, and I really liked the massages offered by the staff. I stayed six nights, and the hostel was more than adequate for what I needed: somewhere to bathe and sleep. If I come back to Khaosan Road, I’d stay here again.

The private room was clean and well located for a good price. WiFi was okay, though not reliable enough for calls. It definitely gets noisy at night, so bring earplugs.

I was extremely unhappy with the massage. I won’t name the masseuse, but they spent the whole hour oiling my legs. It cost 300 baht.

The linen was clean, and the staff member was polite and gentlemanly, but the room and shower had almost no elbow room. Water dripped in the toilet, and the basin in the room barely had a trickle. The place is in a crowded market and feels basically like a spa and massage parlour. It seems the owner fitted hotel rooms into a very small space.

The hostel is right in the heart of Bangkok, and the price is cheap. My room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the massage was good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Just be sure you can handle outside noise, since it’s on a busy nightlife street.
