The pool was beautiful, right by the breakfast and lunch restaurant and the gym. Getting around was easy too, since the hotel is close to the BTS and trips into the city center were quick. We ended up at Grand Mercure Bangkok Asoke Residence by surprise. We walked into reception in the middle of the night, two days before our planned check-in, and a very nice front desk guy helped us book a room. We were there for my partner's birthday, and it turned out to be a great choice. We booked a Deluxe Suite, and it was huge at 84 sqm, with a kitchenette and a big fridge. It felt like a pampering apartment, a welcome change if you're tired of small Bangkok hotel rooms. The service was wonderful throughout. Mind was especially helpful, patiently answering all our questions with a smile. It was really nice to experience a hotel of this level in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

Pakon really stood out during my stay at Grand Mercure Bangkok Asoke Residence. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled, and were friendly, professional, and attentive. The personal, welcoming service made a big difference. The location is convenient for transport, restaurants, and everyday needs, while still being quiet and comfortable. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities worked well for a short or longer stay. I've had an excellent experience from the start and will definitely be back. Thanks to Pakon and the team.

We had a very pleasant stay at Grand Mercure Bangkok Asoke Residence. The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, just right for a relaxing break. It felt welcoming and private, and the in-room facilities were complete and suitable for a longer stay. Khun Pakorn arranged a belated birthday card and welcome cake set, which was a lovely surprise. Thanks as well to Khun Belle and Khun Mild for their kind service, and to the whole hotel team. Everyone was lovely, including the breakfast room team near the pool, and the service was excellent throughout. We enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended for business trips or a Bangkok vacation. Thanks again to the hotel team!

I was so glad to find this hotel, and I'll stay here on every Bangkok trip from now on. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained, and the beds suited me perfectly. The whole staff was warm and welcoming, even with my two larger dogs, who can scare some people. Everyone loved them. The team also arranged airport pickup for my girlfriend, the dogs, and me, then organized a transfer driver to Buriram. When our travel plans had several delays, they were great about adjusting our reservation. We went out for a day and were recommended an amazing dog sitter, Gale. She was perfect.

A huge, quiet, clean room and excellent service. The staff kindly handled lots of special requests and always greeted us with big smiles when we came and went. I'll definitely keep using this hotel for future stays in Bangkok.
