Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21

The rooftop pool and other amenities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of great options. I had an amazing stay at this Grand Centre Point Terminal 21 hotel. Staff were consistently polite and welcoming, with exceptional service. The location was ideal too, with BTS and MRT right there to make getting around easy. Highly recommend.

Direct BTS access and a seamless entrance to Terminal 21 mall made getting around simple, with shopping and food options close at hand. Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 Bangkok is a very practical, comfortable choice in the heart of the city, though I’d say it’s good for a couple of nights at most. Reception staff were efficient and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Facilities include a spacious gym, though it isn’t heavily equipped, plus a decent sauna, spa and play area. The only minor drawback for me was the lack of ventilation, but it wasn’t a major turnoff.

The bathrooms even have automatic smart bidets, and the hotel has an indoor games room for kids, infinity pool and tennis courts. It sits above the shopping mall, with the hotel starting on the 6th or 7th floor, so you can head downstairs to buy almost anything you might need at any time. There’s a direct door from the hotel lobby into the mall. For commuting, it’s about as convenient as it gets, with direct access to both BTS and MRT. The staff are great too. I’ll definitely come back.

We really enjoyed the range of activities, including tennis, golf and football, which was a great extra. The pool and its view were breathtaking, and a lovely place to relax. Rooms were spotless, very well kept and comfortable, and the facilities throughout felt high quality. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm. The staff were attentive, respectful and always ready to help. Everything about our stay felt wonderful from start to finish. We highly recommend the hotel and would love to return.
