I stayed at Sam apartment for a year. When I checked out, they didn’t return my deposit. A very bad apartment.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to rent there. The place is dirty and very bad, and the women working the morning and night shifts are unhelpful and very unpleasant.

Nothing works here, and the staff don’t speak any language that Google Translate knows. Classic pathetic service.

The Myanmar staff member was very rude. I spoke to her, but she kept using her phone without even looking at me.

I paid everything in advance, so I felt stuck staying there for a few days, and it was a terrible experience. The place smelled of rubbish everywhere, had poor hygiene, lots of mosquitoes, and rude staff. It felt like a nightmare. Just stay away.
