DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit

We keep coming back, partly because the hotel is within walking distance of train stations, shopping, nightlife, and food. The place is in excellent shape, well cared for, and I love the decor. The front desk staff recognize us and are always very nice and welcoming. The rooms look beautiful and have a practical, modern design. They’re well kept, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable, Hilton quality. The bathrooms are attractive, functional, and maintained well too. There’s plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet, especially if you want a Western breakfast. The Thai section could be better. All around, it’s an excellent place to stay.

Nicha and Just checked us in and made us feel welcome. Nicha kindly arranged what she thought was the best room for us, and both of them were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The whole hotel smelled nice and was very clean. Breakfast was great, with everything, 5*****. Room service responded promptly when we called. It’s a comfortable, quiet hotel that works well for families. The location is handy for just about anything you might need, including supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, BTS 🚆, and the Nana area. The pool and gym on the seventh floor were clean and nice. Every staff member we met was wonderfully friendly and welcoming. We will consider coming back to Dubble tree by Hilton Bangkok ploenchit. 5***** Wishing you all the best and a prosperous future.

We had another enjoyable dinner at Open Restaurant, DoubleTree by Hilton. P. Sanan, Pim, and Gift were attentive and friendly, and their conversations made the evening more fun. Tun and Best at the bar also deserve a mention for making excellent, well-balanced drinks. I also realized I hadn’t reviewed our dinner on 6/12/25. May, Pang, Lola, Gift, and Way at reception took great care of us that night too. The service has been consistent every time, and I’m grateful to the whole team. I’ll definitely be back. I hope they offer promotions more often and refresh the buffet line so returning guests have new things to look forward to 😊

Soda deserves special thanks for how kind and helpful she was. She was cooperative, always willing to assist, and her warm approach made us more comfortable during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the reception team at DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit was professional, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. Everything ran smoothly and was well organized, with the whole team handling things with care. We had a wonderful stay, really appreciated the service, and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend the hotel.
