The breakfast buffet was very good every day, and the dining staff were consistently polite and friendly. We spent almost a month at Holiday Inn while I had hospital treatment, and the team were brilliant from the beginning. They quickly arranged hospital shuttles and a wheelchair for getting around the hotel. Having stayed on crutches and in a wheelchair, I’d suggest setting aside one or two dining room tables for guests with access needs. Sometimes we had to wait or sit at the far end, which was frustrating. I also wanted somewhere to get fresh air, but the roof terrace has steps and a ramp that’s too steep and overgrown to push a chair up. It would be helpful to improve access for guests with limited mobility.

Mr. Boon made getting around during our trip easy. He was kind, reliable, and always on time. I also felt safe thanks to Pao from security, who was consistently professional and friendly. At breakfast, Bream and the team served fresh food with a good variety, and their attentiveness made mornings pleasant. The front office staff, Bank, Aryan, Ploy, Wee, and Poe, were welcoming and easy to talk to. Check-in went smoothly, and they were ready to help whenever we needed something, so the stay felt relaxed. Everyone was warm and seemed to care about the guests. We had a comfortable, enjoyable holiday at Express Soi Sonvijai in Thailand. I’d happily return and recommend it to people visiting Thailand.

I contacted the hotel soon after checkout about my MacBook charger, which I’d left in the room around 27-28 February 2026. They said nothing had been found. I’m sure I left it there, so it was disappointing that there didn’t seem to be a more careful search or much help with the lost item. I know mistakes happen, but this left me with a negative impression. Guests may want to check their belongings before leaving, and I hope the hotel improves how it handles lost and found items.

I stayed by myself for an extended period while bringing my daughter to Bangkok for treatment. Being right next to Bangkok Hospital made the location especially convenient. The staff supported me throughout with such warm, caring attention, and I’m very grateful. I enjoyed the food too, though a little more variety on the menu would be welcome. My stay was extremely positive, and I’ll recommend the hotel to friends and family.
