Homies Ratchada Hotel

Getting around Bangkok was easy, with the MRT just a quick walk away, and there was plenty in the area. My favorite unofficial security guard was the adorable cat lounging around and stealing hearts. For the price, this place is amazing if you’re traveling on a budget. The owner is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve met and made everything effortless with easy self check-in. The rooms are super clean, and the bed is next-level comfortable. I get the best sleep here every time, completely out like a baby. I’m really grateful for the owner’s kindness and flexibility.

There are loads of shops nearby, including 7/11, and plenty of places to eat. The metro is a 5-10 minute walk and goes directly to Bangkok’s main sights. It’s farther from the center’s hustle and bustle, which suited us. Getting into town was easy, taking about 30 minutes, and the area felt like a more authentic local experience. For our first stay in Thailand, the rooms were clean and spacious, the AC was a dream, and the shower pressure was glorious.

Everything you need is around here, including a local market, several 7-Elevens, pharmacies, and cafes. Sutthisan MRT is about a 10-minute walk, and the center is only 3-4 stops away. The room was clean and quiet at night. There’s a shared kitchen on the first floor, a nice place to meet and chat with other travelers. Good price for a great place.

We LOVED our stay at Homies Ratchada Hotel. The room looked just like the pictures, and the bathroom was spotless. The bedding was perfect and the mattress was good. It was absolutely worth the price, one of the best hotels in Bangkok.
