I wouldn’t stay here again. Rooms were dirty, with stains on the sheets, and the staff were rude. I saw them talking about guests as people walked past several times, so I used my translator to find out what they were saying. Making fun of guests isn’t part of the job. A friend came back for drinks and was let in, but not long afterward someone banged on the door. It seemed like they thought we might be doing more than having a drink and talking. The breakfast was so bad I wouldn’t feed it to my mate’s dog. If rude, unsmiling staff and dirty rooms are your thing, stay here. I’d rather wait on the street for somewhere better.

We got less than we paid for, and I’d avoid the place in future. The location was fair, beds were okay, the room had AC, and the lobby internet was great. There was an attendant all day and night. But the room AC only ran while we were in there, so we came back to a hot room each time. The lobby was hot too because its AC didn’t work, and the room internet was useless. When we were leaving, the attendant locked us in the lobby to check the room without explaining why. Our taxi was waiting outside, and we couldn’t get to it.

The rooms are spacious and come with a safe, air conditioning, and a fridge. Staff were very friendly and kept the rooms clean. There’s an elevator, and you can get hot or cold water in the shower, though with the city’s climate I didn’t need hot water. The hotel is in a quiet, safe area without party noise, and there’s a 24-hour 7-eleven just 20 meters away. Street views aren’t the best, but the place gives good value for the price.

The location is pretty good, with a 7/11, food and fruit and veg stalls, restaurants, and massage places on the street. The room is okay in size, not big, and you can get one with a window or no window. The window rooms get a lot of street noise. Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and the staff seemed unhappy, never smiled or said hello. They need proper hospitality training.
