The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. Dej Joke gave me a particularly warm welcome, and both were lovely, friendly, and professional. Their kindness and good service made the stay even nicer. Thanks again, I’d gladly come back!

The hotel is quiet, clean, well organized, and spacious, with the sky train station right next door. Breakfast was reasonably good. Fah was friendly, efficient, and worked hard, she seems very suited to the bar. Chan at reception was helpful too.

We had no complaints and would happily return. The duty manager kindly arranged a late check-out until 5 PM, which worked perfectly for our late-night flight. The 7-Eleven right by reception made it easy to grab snacks and essentials. There’s also access to the swimming pool at the adjoining Mercure hotel for a small cover charge, which you can redeem at the pool bar. The price seemed reasonable and worthwhile.

Ibis Siam has become my usual choice in Bangkok, thanks to the team. The location is great and the rooms are spotless, but it was the service that made the trip feel so easy. Manager Khim, Sorn at the front desk, and the staff at the 8th-floor restaurant were genuine and professional. Eye, a trainee on the restaurant service team, stood out with her respectful, proactive approach and the pride she took in her work. Thanks for all your dedication.
