The room was a good size, but there was only one single-seat sofa. A two-seater and a small coffee table would have been better for a Queen Bedroom, and the counter was too small for our things. The bathroom had doors for the shower and toilet, but nowhere to hang clothes while showering. The hotel is right by an MRT exit, but there’s no mall nearby and no food stalls. The evening food street wasn’t interesting, and the only nearby option was a small 7 Eleven in the next condo. The restaurant didn’t seem to have many guests. There’s a small gym on the 7/F and a Let's Relax on the 2/F. Guests gathered in the lobby or in their rooms and made a lot of noise. The air-con was far too hot on the first night, so I called for service. The technician came promptly, tried to fix it, and asked us to wait 30 minutes for the room to cool. It only cooled briefly, and we were tired enough to fall asleep. Both of us got bitten by bedbugs, with more bites the second night, and the air-con still wasn’t working, so we didn’t sleep well. On the third morning I went to reception to ask for all the bedsheets, pillows, and blankets to be changed. A technician worked on the air-con again while we were out, and when we came back everything had been set up.

The room was bigger than I expected, clean, and comfortable. The location was great too, close to what I needed and easy to get around from. I was there just for one night, but the receptionist was helpful even while busy, taking time to explain things clearly and making check-in smooth. A very pleasant stay, I’d happily return.

My wife and I stayed at the ibis Styles Bangkok Ratchada, room 906, from January 17th to 20th, 2026, for our marriage signing. Ms. Sara at the Front Desk arranged beautiful room decorations for us after the ceremony, which made the occasion feel even more official and special. She also gave us a one-hour late check-out, so we could relax before going to the airport. The hotel is right next to MRT Huai Khwang, and the staff were genuinely caring. It was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend it for the service and personal touch.

The peaceful atmosphere made this a lovely place to unwind. Service was excellent throughout, and every team, from security and the lobby staff to the cleaning staff, was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their care made the whole stay feel comfortable and seamless. Highly recommend it for a quiet retreat.
