TY Guest House has very basic room choices, from bunks and shared bathrooms to rooms with their own bath, and it’s very inexpensive, around 500 Thai Baht. The rooms and shared bathroom were clean, and rooms have air conditioning. Staff only spoke Thai when I was there, but they had a picture menu showing the room options and prices, so not speaking Thai wasn’t a problem. If you’re low on cash or just need somewhere for a short nap, I’d highly recommend it.

A great pick for first-time visitors to Bangkok. It’s very affordable, with train stations, restaurants, malls, and more nearby. The staff are accommodating too. Highly recommended 🙂
